We have been working with one of our client for a number of years covering HR activity from people strategy and implementation to resourcing, recruitment and selection, performance management and development, sickness and absence management, appraisal management, individuals and team development and coaching, settlement agreements, immigration support, pay benchmarking, payroll management, restructure and redundancies, implementation and management of cloud based HR management system and TUPE.  

We operate on a retained basis and are there 24/7 for them without the cost of employing an HR Manager.
