Danton is now Institute of Leadership Approved
Danton is now an approved training provider with the Institute of Leadership. This means that our flagship Managing People Fundamentals programme officially meets the quality benchmarks and leadership framework of the Institute of Leadership.
For the managers who complete our Managing People Fundamentals programme, this means they are now qualifying with an accredited programme, giving them the confidence that this is one of the best training opportunities on offer to progress their career.
Alongside the accreditation, Managing People Fundamentals participants will also get a year of free membership to the Institute of Leadership, and can benefit from their free resources, further training and a mentorship programme.
Institute of Leadership
The Institute of Leadership is a global professional body with over 50,000 members. This accreditation status recognises the hard work that has gone into developing the Managing People Fundamentals programme and the stand-alone single-day training courses.
It represents the quality and depth of the training we provide at Danton and the outcomes our clients get as a result of working through the training and curriculum.
Supporting Managers
Here at Danton, we know that managers are crucial to business operations. There is a lot of pressure on managers to get it right, make the best decisions for the business and manage their team well.
Managers are the people in the business who can prevent issues from escalating and reduce the risk of grievances and legal action. Moreover, a manager is the person who needs to spot when things are not going well, whether that’s because someone has personal issues happening outside of work or because they are no longer fully engaged in their job.
It’s a difficult job and, quite often, a manager has been promoted because they are good at what they do. With comprehensive training, managers have the confidence to excel in the role and develop with the business.
Danton Training
We know that training is only as good as its application, which is why all of our training is developed to support the commercial success of the business alongside the career development of the individual.
As an HR provider, we see from the other side what happens when managers don’t get the right support and training. We are there to support businesses when they are in crisis, but we know that to avoid problems in the first place, effective and comprehensive training and development are essential.
Moreover, we have clients who need our HR services less as a direct result of putting their managers through our Managing People Fundamentals programme. For us, that is a job done well and a testament to the power of effective training.
This is why we are proud to have this new accreditation and bring more value to our clients through our Managing People Fundamentals programme and wider training courses.
