Danton is now Institute of Leadership Approved

Danton is now an approved training provider with the Institute of Leadership. This means that our flagship Managing People Fundamentals programme officially meets the quality benchmarks and leadership framework of the Institute of Leadership.  

For the managers who complete our Managing People Fundamentals programme, this means they are now qualifying with an accredited programme, giving them the confidence that this is one of the best training opportunities on offer to progress their career.  

Alongside the accreditation, Managing People Fundamentals participants will also get a year of free membership to the Institute of Leadership, and can benefit from their free resources, further training and a mentorship programme.

The Institute of Leadership is a global professional body with over 50,000 members.  This accreditation status recognises the hard work that has gone into developing the Managing People Fundamentals programme and the stand-alone single-day training courses.
