HR Manager, Tamworth, Staffordshire
12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: Up to £32k per annum depending on experience
A long term client of ours is looking for an operational HR Manager to join their Head Office team for a 12-month fixed term period.
The company is a well established household name and with our continued support and oversight, the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing a robust HR framework to drive performance and engagement through increased line management people capabilities. Implementing processes, practices and procedures you will be responsible for championing HR best practice across the Teams.
As an experienced, operational HR professional, you will have a track record in providing comprehensive, pragmatic advice in line with employment legislation and best practice. With the ability to quickly establish relationships and credibility, you will be passionate about developing line manager capability and successfully delivering the people strategy with successful outcomes.

Our ideal candidate will be extremely efficient and organized, have a proactive approach to problem solving and ensure challenging deadlines are met. Comfortable in working autonomously, excellent communication skills and a commitment to CPD is a must.
You will either be CIPD qualified to Level 5 minimum or be able to demonstrate extensive operational experience. A minimum of three years’ work experience is essential along with a sound understanding of HR policies, processes and procedures.
